Chief Guest for the IFFI - Cold war between Ranjini and Dharmendra

The cold war between the South and Bollywood is not over yet. The South Indian film industry wants Rajnikant to be chief guest at the forthcoming International Film Festival of India(IFFI), at Goa. But representatives from Bollywood consisting of T.P.Agrawal and Sushma Shiromani of the Indian Motion Picture Producers Association has said that if Rajnikant does not agree, they will ask Dharmendra to be the chief guest.

If Rajnikant agrees to be the chief guest at the IFFI, then the girl carrying the thali to light the lamp to the Chief Guest at the inaugural ceremony will probably a Bollywood star.

The South Indian film industry had also demanded that more delegate cards should be given to it because South produces more films than Bollywood.
