'Circuit', as he is known, Arshad Warsi is all set to turn producer. He has joined hands with a corporate giant to form his production company to be called Shooting Star Pvt. Ltd.He has already signed Jaideep Sen to direct a film for him. Jaideep, an erstwhile associate of Rakesh Roshan is current directing Warsi in his directorial debut 'Krazzy 4', which is produced by Rakesh Roshan.
Warsi's debut film as producer is expected to go on the floor early next year, after the release of 'Krazzy 4'.
