Actor Arshad Warsi is apparently producing a film titled I Believe in Angles . The film is a supernatural romantic comedy and has been written and scripted by the actor.However rumours are that Arshad is doing production due to the lack of film offers, buit the star says that it is not so and he just wants to do the film and will launch his own production house soon.
