HANUMAN RETURNS Dont want to clash with Taare Zameen Par

HANUMAN RETURNS was all set to arrive on 21st December. Meanwhile TAARE ZAMEEN PAR too had its eyes set on the same day. There were also newsbytes around how Aamir Khan was unhappy with the clash and wanted HANUMAN RETURNS to be postponed. His reason being that both the films had children as the target audience and the clash would have led to audience being divided.

On the other hand PPC, the producers of HANUMAN RETURNS, too were in a fix as their promotional strategy had been planned for a 21st December release. However, all is well now as during the official launch of the film held just recently, it was announced that HANUMAN RETURNS has been postponed. The film would now be arriving a week later i.e. 28th December.

Directed by Anurag Kashyap, the animation film takes a modern day take on HANUMAN. Though the script of the film is being tightly under wraps, the teasers give an impression around Hanuman returning as a school boy in today's time and fighting off the evil forces which are looming large in the modern world.
