Upen Patel too has signed a package deal like his counterparts are doing these days. He has signed a 4-film deal with Eros International for Rs. 3 Crores.

The first film, which will be an action fare of this deal, will go on floors in June of next year, after the rest of the crew is finalized. The other films will roll out after this over a period of time, confirms sources at Eros.

Meanwhile, Patel's next release is 1 2 3 followed by Money Hai To Honey Hai where he shares screen with Govinda.
