We managed to grab the first look of Himesh Reshammiya's next acting venture, the Karz remake titled, KarzzzzThe film to be produced by T-Series and directed by Satish Kaushik stars Himesh in the role played by Rishi Kapoor in the original and has Urmila Matondkar reprising Simi Garewal's part. The heroine opposite Himesh is yet to be finalised though.
The two posters showcasing the first look of the film present Himesh as a true blue rockstar that he has become now. Regarding the film, Kaushik had earlier quoted to us, “My remake will be very different from Subhash Ghai's film. It's being done keeping Reshammiya's personality in mind and will be highlighting the protagonist's role as a rock star. I don't want to focus that much on the reincarnation theme."
The mahurat of this film, along with two other films, all starring the musician-singer turned actor in the lead was done last week. The remake will be retaining three numbers – Dard-E-Dil, Ek Hasina Thi and Om Shanti Om number. The film will be entirely shot in South Africa.Related Keywords:
